Peach soup with honey, saffron and rosemary
Juicy peaches caramelised with honey and lightly spiced with Albert Ménès spices for a soup full of flavour: a fresh and original recipe to enjoy with little biscuits for a successful summer !
For 4 to 6 people
Preparation time : 30min
Cooking time : 10min
Ingredients
- 8 ripe yellow peaches
- 60 cl water
- 7 tablespoons Albert Ménès Auvergne mountain honey
- 1 tablespoon Albert Ménès rosemary
- 1 dose 0.1g Albert Ménès saffron
Preparation
Wash and peel the yellow peaches. Pit them and cut into large pieces.
Pour 60cl of water into a saucepan and add the honey, rosemary and saffron. Bring to the boil.
Add the peach pieces and cook over a low heat until the peaches are soft.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Serve chilled with cupcakes.
