Creating an account allows you to track the status of your orders, amend your personal details, manage your password and keep up with our products and news via our newsletters.
You can follow the progress of the processing of your order at any time by logging into your customer account on albertmenes.fr in "my account". An email will be sent to you each time the status changes: payment accepted, order being prepared, order being delivered, order delivered. Please note, if you do not receive our emails, remember to look in your unwanted or spam folders.
Our prices are fixed for metropolitan France and depend on the amount of your basket: €6.50 at a relay point, €7.90 at home, shipping costs are free from €50 of purchases. For international, the rates depend on the weight, the destination of your order and the day of delivery.
You will be notified of the shipment of your order by email. You will be able to follow the delivery of your order via the link in this email. A tracking number is sent by e-mail as soon as your order is shipped.
We advise you to refuse any package in poor condition. In the event that you accept it and that upon opening, some items are broken, we invite you to take: - at least 1 photo of the box as a whole with visible carrier label (damaged or not) - at least 1 photo of the /damaged product(s) These photos, along with your order number, should be sent to our customer service department on the page below: https://www.albertmenes.fr/contact
If a product is missing from your order, we invite you to contact our customer service using our contact form. Your request must imperatively reach us within 24 hours of receipt of the package.
If you have opted for delivery in France, the estimated delivery is between 1 to 5 working days. In Europe, it takes 3 to 6 working days. Outside Europe, it takes 3 to 10 working days. These deadlines are approximate and do not bind the company Albert Ménès once the package has been dispatched. If you have chosen delivery to a relay point, we invite you to check that your package has been received correctly 72 hours (approximate delivery time) after your order has been dispatched.
Your package is kept for 10 days at a relay point. After this time, the package is returned to our warehouses. We therefore invite you to collect your package as soon as possible.
When sending your order, your invoice is automatically recorded in your customer account. You can consult, save and print it at any time.
In case of absence, your parcel will be deposited in the post office or the relay point closest to the delivery address. You will be notified of this change by the delivery notice left in your mailbox or by text message. You will then have 7 working days from the day your package is made available to pick it up. When picking up, have your tracking number and ID card ready.
