LEMON, HONEY AND CINNAMON DETOX WATER

Preparation: 5 mins
Ingredients
1 tbsp of Albert Ménès lemon honey
1/2 tsp of Albert Ménès cinnamon powder
2 tsp of fresh lemon juice
Hot water
Preparation
Heat water to a hot but not boiling temperature. Add a spoonful of lemon honey, the juice of half a lemon and the cinnamon powder. Mix well and drink this precious remedy to do your body some good!
