200g de miel Albert Ménès |

Préparation
Préchauffer le four à 200°C (ou 180/190°C ventilé). Dans une casserole, mélanger l’eau avec le sucre, le miel et le beurre, porter à ébullition de manière à ce que le sucre et le beurre fondent et que l’on obtienne un beau sirop. Ajouter les épices, mélanger et éteindre.
