Chicken Tandoori
Tandoori chicken, a staple of Indian cuisine! Try our spicy recipe and serve it with white rice and naan breads
For 4 people
Preparation time : 15 min
Marinade : at least 1h
Cooking time: 10 to 15 min
Ingredients :
- 4 chicken breasts
- 20 cl sour cream
- 1 tbsp of Albert Ménès candied lemon and ginger paste
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 cloves Albert Ménès extra-crisp mild garlic
- 2 tbsp Albert Ménès Tandoori sauce
- Pepper
Preparation :
In a bowl, mix the cream, lemon paste, oil, tandoori, and pepper. Add the garlic cloves.
Cut your chicken breasts into pieces and mix them into the preparation.
Cover your dish and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Then, bake your chicken pieces with the mixture at 230°C (thermostat 7/8) for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve your chicken with white rice and naan breads.
