Poulet à la gelée de pomme, carottes et pommes de terre
Ingrédients
Pour 4 personnes :
- 4 cuisses de poulet
- 8 cuillères à soupe de gelée de pomme
- 8 pommes de terre
- 4 carottes
- 3 cuillère à café de thym
- 1/2 cuillère à café de paprika
- Huile d'olive
- Sel et poivre
Préparation
Préchauffez le four à 200°C.
Enduisez les cuisses de poulet avec la gelée de pomme, l'huile d'olive, le sel, le poivre, le thym et le paprika.
Épluchez et coupez les pommes de terre et les carottes en morceaux.
Disposez les cuisses de poulet dans un plat de cuisson, entourez-les avec les morceaux de pommes de terre et de carottes.
Parsemez le tout de thym.
Enfournez pendant environ 30 à 40 minutes, jusqu'à ce que le poulet soit doré et les légumes tendres.
Servez dans des bols généreux et régalez-vous !
