This jelly is made with pure apple juice. It expresses the sweet and pleasantly tart taste of the apple and retains a soft and melting texture that will accompany your sweet-salty dishes and everyday pastries.
It goes perfectly with faisselle fromage frais. This jelly is also commonly used with veal dishes and black pudding. It can also be used for a tart base.
INGREDIENTS: sugar, water, concentrated apple juice, gelling agent: pectin, acidifier : citric acid.
