Ingrédients
2 bocaux de Marrons Entiers Cuits au Naturel Albert Ménès
1 oignon
1 cube de bouillon de volaille
Du Romarin Albert Ménès
Du Persil Albert Ménès
1 pincée de Noix de Muscade à râper Albert Mènes
½ L d’eau
Sel au Céleri Albert Ménès
10 cL de lait
1 noix de beurre

Préparation
Dans un premier temps, émincez l’oignon puis égouttez les marrons.
Dans un second temps, faites fondre le beurre dans une cocotte puis ajoutez-y l’oignon, suivi des marrons.
Après les avoir fait dorer quelques minutes, ajoutez l’eau et ensuite le bouillon. Enfin, assaisonnez avec le romarin, la noix de muscade râpée etle sel au céleri.
Par la suite, après ébullition, faites cuire à feu moyen pendant 10 minutes.
Puis passez la soupe au blender en y ajoutant le lait. Par ailleurs, vous pouvez ajouter du lait ou de l'eau à loisir si vous estimez la soupe trop épaisse.
Enfin, servez la soupe dans de jolis mugs. Puis parsemez-la de persil et régalez-vous !
