Makrout aux dattes

Ingrédients :
- 500 g de semoule de blé
- 250 g de miel d’acacia Albert Ménès
- 1 c.à.c. de cannelle moulue Albert Ménès
- 1 dose de safran en poudre Albert Ménès
- 500 g de dattes
- 115 g de beurre
- 25 cl d’eau
- 1 pincée de sel
- 1 jaune d'œuf
Préparation :
- Préchauffez votre four à 210°C (thermostat 7).
- Dans un récipient, mélangez la semoule, l’eau, 100 g de beurre, le safran et le sel, jusqu’à obtenir une pâte. Formez un boudin.
- Dans un bol, écrasez les dattes après avoir retiré le noyau. Puis, ajoutez la cannelle, et 15 g de beurre. Faites chauffer le tout pendant 1 min au micro-onde puis mélangez jusqu’à obtenir une pâte. Formez un boudin de la même longueur que la première pâte.
- Ensuite étalez la première pâte grossièrement, posez la deuxième par-dessus et enfermez-la avec la première pâte.
- Coupez le boudin fourré en morceaux, puis badigeonnez-les d’un jaune d’œuf et de 100 g de miel.
- Enfournez pendant 15 min.
- Après la cuisson, versez 1 c.à.c. de miel sur chaque makrout, puis laissez-les refroidir en les séparant pour ne pas qu’ils collent.
