Moules au piment d'Espelette
Ingrédients pour les moules au piment d'Espelette :
- 4 l Moules de Bouchot
- 150 g Chorizo
- 2 Tomates émondées
- Piments d’Espelette Albert Ménès
- 2 gousses d'Ail
- 6 Oignons
- 1 Bouquet garni
- Huile d’olive
La préparation des moules au piment :
Nettoyez les moules.
Mettez les moules, le piment et le bouquet garni dans un faitout avec l’huile d’olive.
Faites-les ouvrir à couvert, 5 minutes sur feu vif. Récupérez le jus de cuisson et filtrez-le.
Coupez le chorizo en morceaux, les tomates en cubes, pelez et émincez l’ail et les oignons.
Ajoutez ces ingrédients dans le faitout et faites chauffer 5 minutes à feu vif en mélangeant sans cesse. Ajoutez le jus filtré et servez bien chaud.
C'est prêt !
