Chou-fleur aux lentilles et au safran
Ingrédients
2 petites têtes chou-fleur

Préparation
Découpez les deux têtes de chou-fleur en petits bouquets et hachez l'oignon. Retirez les graines du piment puis taillez-le finement.
Dans une casserole, faites chauffer de l'huile puis ajoutez l'oignon. Une fois celui-ci bien doré, ajoutez le chou-fleur et faites-le cuire durant une minute. Ajoutez le safran Albert Ménès et le demi cube de bouillon. Remuez délicatement.
Versez le lait de coco et l'eau dans la préparation et faites cuire le tout environ 5 minutes. Ajoutez enfin les lentilles non cuites, la pâte de tomate et faites cuire à couvert pendant environ 8 minutes ou jusqu'à ce que les lentilles soient tendres. Assaisonnez de sel et de poivre.
