Chicken marinade with green curry paste and ginger
It's easy to make, and so good! You'll just need 6 different ingredients for this Asian-flavoured recipe. Curry, ginger and chilli combine to make a delicious chicken marinade !
Preparation Time : 10min
Marinating Time : 2h to 24h
Ingredients :
- 20cl coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon of Albert Ménès green curry paste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 lime, squeezed
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tea spoon of Albert Ménès ground ginger
- 2 tea spoon of cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation :
- Pour the coconut milk into a freezer bag or dish.
- Finely chop the garlic and stir in
- Then add the spices, curry paste and squeezed lime.
- Leave to rest for 2 to 24 hours.
