Leg of lamb (7 hours)
For 5 People
Preparation time : 8h
Ingredients :
- 100 g carrot
- 150 g onion
- 15 cl beef stock
- 5 cl olive oil
- 1.250 kg leg of lamb
- 250 g peeled tomatoes
- Albert Ménès Belém pepper
- Albert Ménès bouquet garni for meat
- salt
- 25 cl white wine
Preparation :
First, season your leg of lamb with salt and pepper.
Then brown it in hot oil.
Line the bottom of a casserole dish with pork rinds, fat side out. Place the lamb in the dish and surround it with carrots, onions, and tomatoes.
Add the rest of the ingredients, season with salt and pepper.
Cook in the oven for 7 hours at 170°C (338°F) (add water if necessary).
