Gaspacho aux poivrons piquillos
Ingrédients pour le gaspacho aux poivrons piquillos :
- 800g de tomates grappe
- 150g de Poivrons Piquillos à l'ail
- 2 concombres
- quelques feuilles de basilic
- 1 oignon
- ail semoule
- 10cl d'huile d'olive
- 10cl de Vinaigre balsamique de Modène Denso Giusti
- 100g de croûtons à l'huile d'olive parfumé à l'ail
La préparation du gaspacho :
Pour commencer, épluchez la peau des tomates en les plongeant 1 minute dans de l'eau bouillante.
Coupez les en quartiers et épépinez les puis couper les poivrons en dé.
Épluchez les concombres et coupez les grossièrement en morceaux.
Hachez grossièrement le basilic.
Épluchez et hachez l'oignon.
Mélangez tous les légumes dans un saladier et y ajouter l'huile d'olive.
Salez et poivrez votre préparation et laissez reposer une journée au frais.
Une fois votre préparation bien reposé, mixez jusqu'à obtenir un mélange lisse et bien homogène.
Y ajouter un filet de vinaigre pour la touche finale.
C'est prêt, à déguster bien frais et accompagné de croûtons !
