Daurade sauce quatre quarts
Ingrédients
2 c à soupe de mélange méditerranéen Albert Ménès |

Préparation
Préchauffer le four à 200 degrés.
Assaisonner les daurades de sel et de mélange méditerranéen en plaçant ces ingrédients à l’intérieur des poissons entiers. Déposer les daurade, et cuire au four durant 8 minutes.
Pendant ce temps, laver et tailler les tomates cerises en deux. Effeuiller le basilic, puis couper le beurre en petits cubes. Mélanger ces ingrédients dans une grande casserole. Ajouter ensuite l’huile d’olive, l’eau et le jus de citron et cuire le tout à feu puissant, durant 5 minutes, tout en fouettant l’ensemble.
Présenter les daurades recouvertes de cette sauce quatre quarts.
Astuce de chef : vous pourrez également ajouter du mélange méditerranéen dans la sauce, par infusion
