Rice pudding with cinnamon
Serves 4:
- 1L milk
- 100g round rice
- 80g sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Whole cinnamon sticks
- 1 pinch of salt
Pour the milk and sugar into a saucepan and bring the mixture to the boil.
After rinsing the rice, pour it into the saucepan with the ground cinnamon, then lower the heat and stir.
Simmer for 45 minutes over a low heat, until the rice is just above the surface.
Serve cold or just warm, with the addition of a cinnamon stick!
