Beef pad thai
For4 People
Ingredients :
- sliced beef
- 1 spring onion
- 1 red pepper
- 2 tablespoon of crushed roasted peanuts
- 2 tea spoon of Albert Ménès green curry paste
- 2 tablespoon of oil
- Albert Ménès Thai blend
- Soya bean sprouts
- 2 eggs
- 1 lime
- fresh mint
- Rice noodles
- Nuoc nam sauce
Preparation :
Soak the noodles in hot water until they become soft.
Warm the oil in a wok, then sauté the beef until it's golden brown and set it aside.
Sauté the pepper pieces with the green curry paste and nuoc nam sauce.
Stir thoroughly and allow to simmer for a few moments.
Incorporate the strained noodles and let them simmer in the sauce, adding a bit more water if necessary should the noodles soak it all up.
Crack 2 eggs directly into the wok beside the noodles and scramble them in the pan before combining with the noodles.
Add the mint, peanuts, and the previously cooked beef.
Season with the Thai spice mix. Take off the heat and stir in the bean sprouts and thinly sliced onion to maintain their crunch.
Serve accompanied by a slice of lemon.
