Bricks tomme, miel et ail des ours
Ingrédients
Pour 4 personnes :
- 8 feuilles de brick
- 200g de tomme
- 4 cuillères à soupe de miel
- 2 cuillères à soupe d'ail des ours
- 1 oeuf
Préparation
Préchauffez le four à 180°C.
Coupez la tomme en petits morceaux.
Dans un bol, mélangez la tomme, le miel et l'ail des ours.
Coupez les feuilles de brick en deux. A l'aide d'un pinceau, badigeonnez au blanc d’œuf la feuille de brick pour qu'elle colle mieux.
Déposez une cuillère à soupe du mélange au centre de chaque feuille de brick.
Repliez les bords pour former des petits rectangles.
Badigeonnez les bricks avec le jaune d’œuf et un peu d’eau.
Disposez-les sur une plaque de cuisson et enfournez pendant environ 15 minutes, jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient dorés et croustillants.
Servez chaud avec une salade par exemple !
