Quiche aux herbes de Provence
Pour 4 Personnes
Préparation 55min
Ingrédients
- 1 pâte brisée
- 2 œufs
- 10 cl de crème
- 5 cl de lait
- 100 g de lardons fumés
- 4 tranches de jambon
- ciboulette Albert Ménès
- noix de muscade Albert Ménès
- sel, poivre
- herbes de Provence Albert Ménès
- fromage râpé
Préparation:
Tout d'abord, préchauffez le four à 180°C.
Étalez votre pâte sur un moule et piquez le fond avec une fourchette.
Faites revenir les lardons dans une poêle antiadhésive pendant environ 5 minutes.
Ensuite, coupez le jambon en petits carrés et éparpillez-les dans le fond de tarte. Ajoutez-y les lardons.
Battez les oeufs avec la crème, le lait, le sel et le poivre, les herbes, la noix de muscade et ajoutez à la tarte.
Saupoudrez de fromage râpé et enfournez pendant 30 minutes environ.
