Pizza Regina aux herbes aromatiques

Ingrédients
- 1 pâte à pizza
- 1 pot de sauce tomate
- 2 tranches de jambon de Paris
- 12 olives noires
- 1 boule de mozzarella
- Romarin Albert Ménès
- Herbes de Provence Albert Ménès
- Origan Albert Ménès
- 2 cuillerées à soupe d'huile d'olive
- sel, poivre
Préparation:
Tout d'abord, préchauffez le four à 240°C.
Étalez la pâte à pizza en la façonnant en forme de disque.
Ensuite, huilez une plaque à pâtisserie, déposez la pâte sur la plaque. Huilez légèrement la pâte, étalez la sauce tomate.
Enfin, garnissez votre pizza de jambon, de champignons, salez, poivrez, répartissez les tranches de mozzarella, les olives, les herbes aromatiques et arrosez du reste d'huile d'olive.
Mettez votre pizza au four, 15 à 20 minutes, jusqu'à ce que la pâte soit dorée et le fromage fondu.
