Papillotte of monkfish with fennel and turmeric
For 4 people
Preparation Time : 10 min
Cooking Time :20 min
Ingredients:
4 monkfish fillets weighing approximately 150-200 g each
2 fennels
2 tablespoon of turmeric delight
olive oil
salt and pepper
Preparation :
Preheat the oven to 240°C.
Rinse two fennels, then peel and finely chop them and blanch in boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Finally, marinate them with the turmeric and olive oil.
Then make the papillotes with the sections of monkfish and the marinated fennels.
Place in the oven for 15 minutes at 240°.
Enjoy!

You can also adapt the recipe using seasonal vegetables.
