Panettone aux fruits secs et à l'orange
Pour 6 personnes
Préparation : 20 min
Cuisson : 50 min
Ingrédients :
- 700 g de farine
- 100 g de beurre
- 6 œufs
- 30 g de sucre
- 50 g de miel de citronnier d’Espagne Albert Ménès
- 2 c.à.c. de Cannelle de Madagascar Albert Ménès
- 30 g de zestes d’orange Albert Ménès
- 1 sachet de fruits secs mélangés Albert Ménès
- 1 pincée de sel
Préparation :
- Préchauffez votre four à 210°C (thermostat 7).
- Séparer les œufs dans deux récipients.
- Dans un saladier, mélangez les jaunes d’œufs, le sel, le sucre, la cannelle et le miel. Puis ajoutez progressivement la farine et le beurre pour former une pâte.
- Ensuite montez les blancs en neige et incorporez-les à la pâte.
- Ajoutez les zestes d’orange et les fruits secs et mélangez délicatement, de manière à ne pas casser les blancs en neige.
- Versez la pâte dans un moule, puis enfournez pendant 50 min. Au bout de 10 min de cuisson, baissez votre four à 160°C (thermostat 5-6).
- Servez votre panettone avec de la marmelade d’orange ou de la pâte à tartiner noire intense pour les plus gourmands.
