PRAWNS WITH GREEN CURRY PASTE
Thailand, a country of fishermen. Here we have a recipe for green curry with prawns, perfect with a side of vegetables. The best way to serve this meal? At a summer barbecue, of course.
For 6 people
Preparation: 25 mins
Cooking: 30 mins
Ingredients
30 large prawns
25 cl of coconut milk
3 tbsp of cottage cheese
3 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of Albert Ménès green curry paste
Albert Ménès sesame seeds
Albert Ménès coriander
Preparation
First, peel the prawns. Then sauté them in an oiled skillet over a high heat for 2 minutes.
Peel and chop the onions and fry in the remaining oil.
Then add the green curry paste and the coconut milk and cottage cheese. Mix vigorously and bring to a boil.
As soon as the mixture simmers, dunk the prawns in and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Finally, arrange your prawns in a vegetable dish and sprinkle with coriander and sesame seeds.
We recommend you serve this dish with pan-roasted or grilled vegetables, or with basmati rice. Or maybe event try both options together!
