Pomme de terre farcies à l'olivade
Pour 4 personnes
Préparation : 20 minutes
Cuisson : 15 - 20 minutes
Ingrédients :
- 8 pommes de terres grenailles
- 8 cuillères à soupe de crème épaisse
- 8 cuillère à soupe d’olivade au piment d’Espelette Albert Ménès
- Ciboulette
Préparation :
Pour chaque personne, prévoyez deux pommes de terre grenaille. Lavez-les soigneusement sous l'eau courante avant de les cuire à la vapeur pendant 15 à 20 minutes.
Ensuite, préparez une sauce en mélangeant deux cuillères à soupe de crème épaisse avec deux cuillères à soupe d'olivade.
Une fois les grenailles cuites et encore chaudes, découpez un petit couvercle sur le dessus de chacune d'elles. À l'aide d'une cuillère, évidez-les légèrement avant de les remplir avec la crème à la tapenade préparée.
Finalisez en parsemant de ciboulette finement hachée. Servez les pommes de terre garnies tièdes pour apprécier pleinement leurs saveurs.
