Croque-madame au caviar d'aubergine
Ingrédients pour les croques-madame à l'aubergine :
- 4 tranches de pain de mie
- 10 g de beurre
- 30 g de gruyère râpé
- Caviar d'aubergines Albert Ménès (ou délice de poivron)
- 2 œufs frais
- 2 tranches de jambon blanc
- poivre
- sel
La préparation des croques-madame :
Tout d'abord, prenez une tranche de pain de mie, posez-y une tranche de jambon blanc pliée en 2 puis mettez un peu de caviar d'aubergine (ou délice de poivron).
Parsemez de gruyère râpé, salez et poivrez.
Recouvrez le tout avec une deuxième tranche de pain de mie.
Ensuite, faites fondre le beurre dans une poêle et cassez les œufs pour les faire cuire "au plat" dedans.
Réserver le tout.
Enfin, déposez les croques dans la poêle et laissez-les dorer des deux côtés puis déposez-y un œuf au plat dessus.
