Beef meatballs with coriander
A change of flavour guaranteed with this easy-to-reproduce recipe. Oriental in origin, these dumplings with Albert Ménès ground coriander will delight your taste buds.
For 4 people

Cooking time : 5min
Ingredients
- 550 g ground beef
- 2 white onions
- 1 tablespoon Albert Ménès garlic semolina
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons Albert Ménès ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon Albert Ménès ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Albert Ménès Cayenne pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Albert Ménès Himalayan pink salt
- Albert Ménès ground black pepper
Preparation
Peel and finely chop the onions.
Mix the minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, onion, ground coriander, cumin and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Moisten your hands and shape into balls about 4-5 cm in diameter.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and brown the meatballs over a high heat for around 5 minutes, turning regularly.
Serve the meatballs at room temperature with a spicy tomato sauce or herb cream sauce.
