Préparation
Préchauffer votre four à 7 (210°C).
Mélanger tout d'abord le beurre avec le sucre. Ajouter ensuite la farine, la farine de pommes de terre, la levure chimique et le sucre vanillé. Former un beau rouleau avec cette pâte et la découper en une quinzaine de petits morceaux.
Placer chaque morceau de pâte dans un moule à muffins. Confectionner à l'aide de votre pouceun creux dans chaque gâteau et remplir de confiture de framboise, de préférence épépinée.Cuire durant une dizaine de minutes à thermostat au four.
