Galette des Rois au Chocolat et Noisettes

Cuisson: 25 min
Ingrédients
- 3 cuillère à soupe de pâte à tartiner noire intense & noisette Albert Ménès
- 100 g d'amandes en poudre Albert Ménès
- 2 feuilles de pâte feuilletée
- 100 g de beurre mou
- 100 g de sucre en poudre
- 1 oeuf entier
- 1 cuillère à café d'extrait d'amande amère
- 1 cuillère à soupe de farine
- 1 jaune d'oeuf
Préparation
Etape 1
Préchauffer le four à 180°C.
Etape 2
Dans un bol, battre l'œuf entier avec le sucre, le beurre ramolli, la poudre d'amandes, la pâte à tartiner noire intense & noisette, la farine et l'extrait d'amande amère.
Etape 3
Déposer une feuille de pâte feuilletée dans un moule à tarte tapissé de papier sulfurisé.
Etape 4
Étalez le mélange de crème de marrons sur le fond de tarte en laissant 1,5 cm de libre sur le pourtour.
Etape 5
Placer les haricots dans la crème en appuyant légèrement.
Etape 6
Étalez la deuxième feuille de pâte feuilletée sur la garniture et appuyez sur le bord de la feuille de pâte inférieure avec vos doigts.
Etape 7
Dessinez des rayures sur la galette avec la pointe d'un couteau sans percer la pâte.
Etape 8
Badigeonnez la galette de jaune d'oeuf à l'aide d'un pinceau.
Etape 9
Cuire au four pendant 25 minutes. A déguster tiède ou froid !
