Homemade gluten-free crackers - by Coups de Food
Who is @Coupsdefood ?✨❤
"Nurtured from her Burgundian roots to her adoption of Lyon, Karine is a chef and pastry chef by trade. Her main motivation is to help people discover new recipes and products, as well as creative ways of cooking and, above all, eating.
She has created an original, gourmet recipe for you using the Spices Bienfaits range from Albert Ménès.
Ingredients
- 70g rice flour
- 30g chestnut flour
- 30g potato starch
- 60g grape seed oil
- 25g rice / oat / buckwheat flakes (your choice)
- 35g black sesame seeds
- 35g blond sesame seeds
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 generous pinch of salt
- Albert Ménès Boost Spicy Pepper
- 8 to 10 cl water
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Gently mix all the ingredients in a bowl, except the water.
Add the water a little at a time until you have a smooth, slightly sticky dough that is not liquid or too dry.
Roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper - it's up to you how thick you want it - then cut out the crackers with a knife. Make sure that each cracker is of a similar size to ensure even cooking.
Finally, place the crackers on an ovenproof tray.
Place in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the size of your crackers.
Then leave to cool on a wire rack until crisp.
This recipe is highly customisable: you can change the flour, oil or seeds, add herbs or spices, salt crystals or slivers of pink berries, for example. Finally, spread, dip and, above all, crunch your crackers morning, noon and night!
