Vegetable skewers on the barbecue
Enjoy these 100% seasonal vegetable kebabs seasoned with Albert Ménès spices and aromatic herbs: a basil marinade, two turns of our barbecue blend and it's ready to eat!
Ingredients for about 10 skewers
- 5 courgettes
- 10 button mushrooms
- 3 onions
- 2 red peppers
- 2 yellow peppers
- 2 green peppers
- 3 aubergines
- 4 carrots
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- Albert Ménès Barbecue Mix
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 20cl olive oil
- 15g Albert Ménès basil
- Salt
Preparation
Wash the vegetables well. Peel and cut the courgettes, aubergines and carrots into equal slices. Halve the button mushrooms. Drain the peppers and cut into squares. Peel and quarter the onions.
For the marinade, mix the olive oil, garlic, basil and salt in a bowl. Add all the vegetables and mix into the marinade. Leave to stand for 2 or 3 hours.
Stab the pieces of vegetable alternately on wooden skewers.
Place the skewers on the barbecue and grill for 15 minutes, turning them from time to time.
Sprinkle with the barbecue mix just before serving.
