Bols de Patate Douce et Pois Chiches à la Harissa
BOLS DE PATATES DOUCES A LA HARISSA
Ingrédients
Pour 2 bols :
- 2 patates douces
- 2 tomates
- 2 cuillères à café de harissa
- 1 demi-oignon rouge
- 200g de pois chiches
- Huile d'olive
- Sel et poivre
- Une pincée de paprika doux
- Quelques feuilles de coriandre
- 60g de fêta
Préparation
Épluchez les patates douces et coupez-les en cubes.
Badigeonnez-les d'huile d'olive et de paprika, puis enfournez pendant environ 15 minutes à 200°C.
Dans un bol, mélangez les pois chiches avec la harissa, de l'huile, du sel et du poivre.
Ajoutez les patates douces cuites au mélange et remuez.
Découpez l'oignon et les tomates, puis incorporez-les aux pois chiches et aux patates douces.
Assaisonnez selon vos goûts en ajoutant du paprika et de la harissa.
Servez dans un bol et parsemez de fêta émiettée ainsi que de quelques feuilles de coriandre.
