Pea soup with coconut milk and green curry

Preparation
Pour the water into a saucepan, add the shelled peas and shallots and simmer for 25 minutes.
Blend the mixture once the peas are cooked. Add the coconut milk, Albert Ménès Lemon Flower of Salt and Albert Ménès Green Thai Curry. Mix lightly.
Check the seasoning (salt and spices) and the fineness of the mix, then pour into pretty ramekins. A pinch of chervil will finish off the presentation of these creams nicely.
