Looking for a flavors’ boom? The Turmeric Delight is an exclusive and vegan blend imagined by Albert Ménès to enhance your vegetable, fish or white meat dishes. Composed of a dozen spices and aromatic herbs, it can be used like a curry, cooked easily or sprinkled at the last minute to season. Balanced and textured, its turmeric-dominant flavors enable you to treat yourself while doing yourself good.
Albert Ménès Turmeric Delight is a powerful blend with rich flavors. It goes extremely well with autumn and winter vegetables (pan-fried, soups, roasted vegetables) and with vegetarian dishes (dhal, vegetable couscous, ...). It can also give relief to fish and white meats in marinade or papillote. Add ½ to 1 teaspoon per person in your frying pans, casseroles, creams, butters and flavored oils.
INGREDIENTS: coriander (25%), turmeric (21%), onion, garlic, paprika (8%), ginger (6%), SESAME, cumin, pepper, orange zest, parsley, cardamom. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF PEANUTS, SESAME, MUSTARD and CELERY.
