FRAGRANT - STRENGTH 2 - SWEET - WOODY NOTES
This wild pepper grows along climbing vines in the humid tropical regions of Madagascar. During the harvesting period, from June to August, climbers are sometimes required to climb up to 20 meters high to reach this exceptional pepper. Voastiperifery pepper is commonly used by chefs as it is mild but packed full of flavour. This fragrant pepper has exotic fruity scents and an earthy taste. When it comes into contact with heat, all the flavours of this pepper are released. This pepper mill is practical for the dinner table and in the kitchen with two openings (at the top and bottom) allowing you to fully appreciate the quality of the freshly ground peppercorns.
It goes perfectly with exceptional fine food products such as shellfish. It is also a great way to freshen up game-based dishes.
