Smooth and sweet, this honey is made with robinia flowers. Albert Ménès has selected a French craft honey produced on a small scale. This spring honey, with its very light, radiant colour, has a soft texture, a smooth, discreet perfume and a subtle, sweet taste reminiscent of robinia flower. Its fructose content is higher than other honeys, giving acacia honey great sweetening power.
It enhances any dessert (cakes, yoghurts, tarts, toast) and can also be used to flavour poultry.
