Aromatic and fresh, Albert Ménès French lime tree honey has very fragrant notes of lime and reveals a slightly minty flavour. It is selected for its beautiful amber colour, intense aroma and pleasant freshness on the palate. Honey is a natural product whose texture can change over time. This natural phenomenon, known as crystallisation, does not alter the quality of the honey.

As well as its traditional sweet uses, lime honey goes well with dishes such as pigs’ trotters with sage or lentils with bacon.
