This slightly spicy blend has been specially developed by Albert Ménès to spice up meat, fish and shellfish dishes, ideally when cooking on the barbecue. This mix has no added flavourings, preservatives or other artificial additives. This unique blend has a slightly spicy kick to it.
The flavours in this mix are even richer when used in a marinade a few minutes or several hours before cooking. By using a this mix in a marinade, meat, fish and shellfish can absorb all the flavours during cooking. When mixed with fresh cream, it can also be used to make an original and exotic dip which can be enjoyed with vegetables as a snack.
