This recipe of Indian origin owes its beautiful yellow colour to turmeric, and brings back the pronounced flavour of coriander seeds in the mouth. It is a sweet, harmonious and very fragrant mixture. Made from whole, raw and fresh ingredients, it gives off powerful yet balanced fresh notes. A 100% natural and organic recipe, with no flavourings or additives.
This yellow curry paste goes perfectly with chicken, shrimps or fish. To be diluted in water, coconut milk or fresh cream... It will offer a very nice osmosis to all your sauces.
