This recipe is embellished with candied orange peels whose hint of bitterness marries marvellously with the roundness of honey. A subtle twist that will delight young and old alike.
This tasty gingerbread with its soft texture is a delight at any time of the day: it can be enjoyed with Darjeeling tea for breakfast or crumbled over sheep's yoghurt at snack time, with a spoonful of jam.
