Albert Ménès gift wrapping
This cake is made with the finest ingredients: candied fruit, wheat flour, whole eggs. It contains more than 39% fruit. The raisins are macerated overnight in pure Caribbean rum specially selected for this recipe. The macerated raisins are combined with Amarena cherries, citron and candied orange peel. The traditional method of preparation, baking for a long time in wooden moulds, results in a moist cake that develops all the flavours of the candied fruit and the ingredients that make up the dough.
