Be tempted by the fresh tastes of yuzu and lime in this creation by Albert Ménès. These smooth and tasty sea bass rillettes are perfect for gourmet appetisers and nibbles. Yuzu, also known as "Japanese lemon", is a very fragrant citrus fruit that is grown in East Asia. It’s shaped like a small lime and has a subtle and tangy taste with flavours of mandarine and grapefruit.
To make these rillettes taste even more fresh, why not try seasoning on some toast with a few sprigs of herbs: chives, dill, coriander, mint, etc. You can also serve them with our Finest Quality Sea Salt with Lemon or pink peppercorns crushed using a pestle and mortar. For a gourmet club sandwich, you can use these rillettes. Just add to some cereal bread with a few slices of cucumber, diced tomatoes and rocket leaves.
