A Provençal speciality, this preparation consists of a puree of desalted, boneless anchovy fillets, finely crushed with capers and topped with a dash of olive oil.
Enjoy in the purest tradition with raw vegetables such as celery, chicory or artichoke, or spread on toast or Albert Ménès croutons.
INGREDIENTS: anchovy paste 25% (salted anchovies, olive oil), anchovies 20%, extra virgin olive oil, water, rapeseed oil, white wine, breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, salt, spices), capers, water, salt, vinegar), MUSTARD (water, MUSTARD seeds, vinegar, salt), spices and aromatic herbs.
