A unique recipe from Maison Albert Ménès
This jelly is prepared using our expertise to bring out the best in this wild fruit. Made with concentrated blueberry juice, sugar from sugar beet and fruit pectin, Blueberry Jelly retains a smooth, melt-in-the-mouth texture and a naturally intense, deep colour. To preserve and bring out all the flavours of the blueberry, no preservatives or colourings have been added to the recipe.
It tastes delicious spread on toasted brioche or in quark.
INGREDIENTS: sugar, water, concentrated blueberry juice, gelifiant : pectin, acidifier : citric acid.
