Albert Ménès artichoke cream, with its creamy texture, releases all the delicious flavours of artichoke hearts. These artichokes, selected in Italy, reveal intense, rounded, slightly bitter notes and will add some original charm to your pre-dinner nibbles!
Serve this artichoke cream on small croutons with an aperitif or spread it on our fine Lucerne obole biscuits.
