Made from Scottish scallops, these light-textured rillettes are full of scallop chunks. The softness of the crème fraîche and the flavours of the herbs blend perfectly with the walnuts to produce tasty rillettes.
Perfect on toasted fresh bread, crispbreads or blinis with an aperitif. They can also be used to make original appetisers, placed in a chicory leaf or sandwiched between two poppy obole biscuits.
