Sweet Paprika
(75 g) net (€62.00/kg)
FRUITY - STRENGTH 2. Paprika is a pepper originating from South America that was imported by Spanish colonists. Widely used in Hungarian and Spanish cuisine, you will find it in many traditional recipes such as goulash in Hungary and paella in Spain. To make sweet paprika, the seeds, which contain the hot substances, are removed and only the flesh is recovered. This is a laborious task, but it results in a high-quality product that is milder and finer than a conventional paprika.
This very fragrant Albert Ménès paprika will give your dishes a beautiful colour and spicy notes, while remaining subtle. We recommend cooking it to extract as much flavour as possible, but be careful not to overheat it, as this will bring out its bitterness. Perfect with: Rice, poultry, goat's cheese
INGREDIENTS: Mild paprika. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF PEANUTS, SESAME, MUSTARD et CELERY.
