Ketch'up Tomato with Espelette Chilli is a real holiday in the South West of France. With sun-ripened tomatoes and the region's emblematic red chilli pepper, it's sure to be a delicious trip.
Ketch'up is a mild condiment that we've chosen to sublimate with a hint of spice, thanks to the Espelette chilli pepper. Used sparingly, it seasons without taking away the flavour of your favourite condiment. You'll also enjoy its many benefits, as it's bursting with vitamins C, B6 and K. It's even said to have antioxidant properties, for a pleasure that's good for you!
There's nothing like a good barbecue to enjoy the flavour of this finely spiced Ketch'up. It can also be added to vegetables, adding a sweet and spicy touch to courgettes stuffed with meat.
