Lemongrass

Lemongrass is a tropical aromatic plant that grows mainly in south-east Asia. The stems of this herbaceous plant are cut three times a year to preserve their suppleness and tenderness. They are then sliced into thin strips before being dried.
In Asian tradition, lemongrass is often combined with coconut milk and ginger. It gives soups, marinades, fish in sauce and poultry a pleasant lemony flavour.
INGREDIENTS: lemon grass. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF PEANUTS, SESAME, MUSTARD and CELERY.

Depuis des décades j'achète ce produit, qui donne à la sauce tomate au ragout avec laquelle mon fils a grandit son arôme distingué. J'aime aussi son emballage joyeux, pratique et élégant.
