These delicious cherry tomatoes are selected for their sweet, fragrant flesh. They are rehydrated in court bouillon before being packed by hand into jars. They are then covered with oil and herbes de Provence. Thanks to their handy size and shape, they can be easily incorporated into many recipes or enjoyed as a snack or nibble.
These dried cherry tomatoes with herbes de Provence are the perfect accompaniment to any Mediterranean dish. Ideal for pasta, tarts, savoury cakes and summer salads, they are also great for nibbles with drinks.
Dried cherry tomatoes partially rehydrated in court bouillon 58% (composition of court bouillon: water, white wine, (sulphites), spirit vinegar, fresh onions, sugar, spices), extra virgin olive oil 21%, sunflower oil 21%, herbes de Provence 0.5%.
