North African Spice Mix

Our North African spice mix is a unique and exclusive recipe, cooked up by our teams and made from warm, sun-soaked spices. It contains no artificial flavours, colourings or preservatives. The cumin and garlic taste along with the onion notes bring some warmth to the mix. The fresh smell of lemon and coriander balances the flavours.
Our North African spice mix goes perfectly with dishes such as tagines or couscous. It’s also a great way to flavour lamb dishes (lamb navarin, confit shoulder of lamb), fresh fish dishes, summer vegetables and roast chicken. It should be added at the beginning of the cooking process or by frying in oil.
INGREDIENTS: salt, paprika, coriander, cumin, garlic, caraway, onion, cinnamon, fennel, turmeric, lemon zest, ginger. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF PEANUTS, SESAME, MUSTARD and CELERY.
